MyScentJourney Return Policy

At MyScentJourney, we take pride in offering only authentic niche and luxury fragrances. Please read our updated return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Samples, Decants & Travel Sizes
- All decants, samples, and travel-size items are hand-prepared and sealed for hygiene and safety.
- All sales are final. These products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
2. Full Bottle Returns (Unopened Only)
- Returns are accepted only on full presentation bottles that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping labels are provided free of charge.
- All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
- Opened, used, or altered bottles are not eligible for return.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide a written explanation and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging.
- Our team will respond within 48 business hours with next steps, which may include a replacement or return authorization.
4. International Orders
We currently do not ship internationally. This return policy applies only to orders delivered within the United States.
