Welcome to MyScentJourney. We are committed to providing efficient, reliable, and transparent shipping services. Please review our updated shipping terms below.
1. Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 (USA Only)
We offer free standard shipping on domestic U.S. orders over $75.
This is automatically applied at checkout when your subtotal exceeds $75 (before tax and after discounts).
2. Shipping Costs for Orders Under $75
For orders under $75, standard shipping fees apply.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
3. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
- High Volume Orders: Due to an unprecedented surge in new orders, some products may require 1–2 weeks to ship. If your order falls under this extended timeframe, we will notify you.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- Please note: all decants and travel sizes are hand-prepared with care, which may add additional time.
4. Domestic Delivery Estimates
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Note: Small orders may ship via USPS First Class letter mail without tracking to keep shipping affordable.
5. U.S. Shipping Only
We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. Territories within standard postal size and weight limits.
7. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
A confirmation email with tracking (if applicable) will be sent once your order has shipped.
8. Damages During Shipping
MyScentJourney is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout.
If your order is damaged, please file a claim with the carrier or reach out if shipping protection was purchased.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.
10. Undelivered Packages & Refunds
If your package is returned to us due to:
– An incorrect or incomplete address
– An expired forwarding address
– The recipient no longer residing at the location
– The package being unclaimed
We will issue a refund minus original shipping cost and a 15% handling fee.
11. Reshipment Policy
If you'd like your order re-shipped after it was returned to us for reasons unrelated to our fulfillment process, additional shipping charges will apply.
12. Returns & Refunds
- Full Presentation Bottles: Returns are only accepted on unopened, sealed retail bottles. Once opened, they are non-returnable.
- Decants & Travel Sizes: Due to the nature of hand-prepared decants and the subjectivity of fragrance, we do not offer returns or refunds based on personal preference or performance.
- All products are guaranteed 100% authentic.
