• Standard processing is 2–3 business days, though some products may require up to 1–2 weeks to ship during periods of high order volume.
• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
• The Parfums is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.

• Full Presentation Bottles: Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and sealed in its original retail packaging. Opened full bottles are non-returnable.
• Decants & Travel Sizes: All decants and travel sizes are final sale due to their custom-prepared nature.
